Position: Assistant Manager, Fleet

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Allocate vehicles for duties at Head Office and field offices as per requisition of different programmes
Arrange pick and drop of staff every day in different routes
Issue fuel/ CNG credit slips to the drivers for refueling fuel/ CNG from enlisted suppliers
Ensure presence in the fuel station as per roaster during refueling of Octane/ diesel of vehicles and have to make sure the fuel quantity is supplied accurately
Supervise drivers and helpers to manage smooth fleet operation
Manage IOU of drivers
Maintain record and files of the department
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors from any recognised university with at least 2nd class or equivalent CGPA in all academic credentials
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience is required in the relevant field
Additional Job Requirements:

Sound knowledge on fleet management
Ability to work under stress management
Sound knowledge on driver management
Have sound communication skills
Have knowledge on fleet management software
Have good command on MS Office
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
