Job Description / Responsibility
- Receive visitors, guests, clients or their representatives and attend as required
- Should have experience to receive and transfer all incoming and outgoing calls, provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages
- Should be well conversant in speaking fluent English.
- Counsel to visitor queries over phone or face to face about Bangladesh tourism attractive place.
- Receive letters, messages, documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records
- Maintaining office records
- Monitoring newspaper, TV news program and so on
- General administrative and business center service for the guests only.
- Any other administrative job assigned by the Management
- Registration of the guests upon arrival and departure.
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a renowned institution with good academic background.
- Academic qualification may be relaxed for well experienced and O & A Level qualified students.

- Age 18 to 28 year(s)
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Computer literacy in MS Office application is a must.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and Bengali.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Pro-active, smart, presentable, self-motivated and well disciplined.
