Job Description / Responsibility
- Must be smart, energetic, confidant, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills.
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- To coordinate the services of clients at the center premises
- Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result
- Plan and implement customer strategy for Real Estate business.
- Prepare reports for Departmental head when needed.
- Properly maintain the monthly target.
- MBA/ BBA/ B.Sc/ Master in any discipline from any reputed Institution.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for more experienced candidate.
