- Need to handle incoming/Outgoing both calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
- Working Time: 9 hours/ 6days (willing to do any shift between 08:00am to till 10:00 pm) roster duty.
