Job Description / Responsibility
  • To execute overall work of the HR Department in line with policy guidelines.
  • To look after workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of this wages and salaries.
  • Able to set up new floor according to compliance or ILO policies.
  • Should be well versed in compliance issues and the labor law.
  • To prepare and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
  • To receive interdepartmental note, documents and take actions regarding those issues.
  • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
  • Capable to prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
  • To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspondent with various department /concerned authority and Provide administrative support to the Management.
  • To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
  • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
Educational Requirements
  • Masters in any discipline.
  • MBA Major in HR/ PGDHRM from any reputed University/ institution (Preferable)
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 year(s)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command over English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in applications of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, innovative and energetic.
