Job Description / Responsibility
- Procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin & Compliance.
- Responsible for entire recruitment, Selection, Placement, Management & Manpower planning, Compensation/ Benefits, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health, & Safety Monitor Training/ Awareness on regular basis.
- Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, Employee related issues as per law.
- Should have adequate knowledge on Labor law.
- Should have adequate knowledge policy making.
- BBA/ MBA (HRM)/ PGD HRM/ Masters in Public Administration
