Job Description / Responsibility
  • To answer phone calls with politeness and enthusiasm.
  • Response & Reply FACEBOOK customers queries in a timely & accurate manner
  • Manage & Convince Customer by Delivering Proper Speech & Knowledge Over the Counter / Phone/ Facebook
  • Extract Orders from Website / Facebook / Phone Making Invoice, Sales Receipt Very Quickly
  • Follow up with Orders upon Delivery & Payment
  • Follow up with Customers
  • Maintain Inventory database on Daily Basis & Manage Inventory System
  • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Manage customer service operations to achieve excellent service quality & customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry
Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Graduate
  • Under Graduate should be Allowed if There is No Problem with Full-Time Job by Any Manner
  • Educational Qualification May Be Relaxed if Employee is Highly Qualified or Experienced
